A lovely day on the water! We were able to get two whale watch trips in today with great sightings of Humpback Whales. Our 9am trip sighted 19 Humpbacks and we had favorable weather, allowing our drone pilot to film from the air. You can check out the drone video on our Facebook page here. The afternoon trip had some windy weather conditions, but we still managed to see 10 Humpbacks for the 1:30pm departure. This is the time of year where we get upwelling winds from the Northwest, which is fantastic for whales, but can make for a breezy afternoon.
